The Department of Computer Engineering at Bartın University (BARU) organized an orientation program for new students at the beginning of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

The program was opened with a presentation by Head of Department, Assoc. Prof. Evrim GÜLER. During the event, students were informed about the general structure of our university, student dormitories and social facilities in Bartın, the history of our faculty and department, our academic staff, and available laboratories. In addition, opportunities regarding double major, minor programs, research, and student projects were shared.

The orientation aimed to help students adapt more easily to university life by introducing them to both academic and administrative processes. Students had the opportunity to meet faculty members while also learning about the social and scientific resources offered by the department.

With its strong academic staff and expanding research opportunities, the BARU Computer Engineering Department will continue to provide students with a comprehensive and qualified education.
